Meet The Pastor

VWO Bowie PastorsPastor Santos and Naomi Garza: We have been married for 30 years, and along with our children, we are a part of the church in Bowie, TX. Through our own trials in life, we have come to learn that God is a God of restoration. We have seen God’s faithfulness through the miracles He has done in our lives. It is a privilege and an honor to be here sharing the hope Jesus gives us through the Gospel. We are excited to serve Victory World Outreach in Bowie, TX where we will continue the vision to Reach, Teach and Send!

Victory World Outreach is a family friendly and spirit filled church dedicated to reaching the lost and sharing the hope of the Gospel. We were sent in 2025 from our home church in Denton, TX to continue the work in Bowie, TX. Our vision is the same across the fellowship, to introduce people to Jesus, help people grow in their walk with God, and empower the church to reach others locally and through missions around the world!

OUR VISION

Victory World Outreach is a church with a heart to reach people for Jesus and see lives truly changed by the power of the Gospel.

We believe the church is called to do more than gather for services. We are called to reach the lost, help people grow in their walk with God, and raise up men and women who will serve, lead, and answer the call of God on their lives.

Jesus said in Mark 16:15, “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.” That is the heartbeat of Victory World Outreach.

Our vision is simple:

REACH.

TEACH.

SEND.

We reach people through the Gospel, outreach, and evangelism.
We teach people to follow Jesus, grow in faith, and become strong disciples.
We send people to serve, minister, and help carry the Gospel into other cities, states, and nations.

It’s our foremost desire that you come to know Jesus in a personal and real way!

Grow is your relationship with God by joining a small group, attending services, & investing time into reading your Bible & praying.

Saved people, Serve people! Find an area in the church that you could serve others using your unique gifts & talents.

We have many opportunities for you to share the message of Jesus with our city and around the world. We encourage you to join in on an outreach and share Jesus with others!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

SERVICES

Each of our services has a different song service, message from one of our pastors, and activities for the kids!.

DRESS

We want you to feel comfortable coming to church. Come in jeans and a t-shirt or in a dress and heels. You will see a variety of attires during each of our services.

CHILDREN

We love our Victory Kids and know how important it is for them to make friends & to be well cared for at church. We offer childcare at each of our services for ages 0-4 and Sunday School, sundays at 10am, for ages 4-12.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

BIBLE

We believe the Bible to be the complete Word of God.

  • That the 66 books of the Old and New Testament were inspired by the Spirit of God as originally written

  • That the Bible is the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct

GOD

We believe in one God, Creator of all, holy, sovereign, eternal, existing in three equal Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit

JESUS CHRIST

We believe in the absolute and essential deity of our Lord Jesus Christ

  • In His eternal existence, with the Father in pre-incarnate glory

  • In His work of creation, in His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death and bodily resurrection

  • In His triumphant ascension, mediatorial ministry and personal return

THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe in the absolute and essential deity, and in the personality of the Holy Spirit

  • Who convinces of sin, of righteousness and of judgment

  • Who regenerates, indwells, seals, sanctifies, illuminates and comforts those who believe in Jesus Christ

  • Who baptizes believers at conversion into the Body of Christ and bestows upon them His gifts sovereignly as He wills and fills those yielded to Him

MANKIND

We believe that Adam was divinely created in the image of God

  • That by the sin of disobedience he fell from that state

  • That all his posterity inherited spiritual depravity and defilement

  • That all men therefore are guilty before God and condemned to physical and spiritual death

SALVATION

We believe that salvation is by the sovereign grace of God

  • That by the Father, Christ voluntarily suffered a propitiatory death

  • That justification is by faith alone in the all-sufficient sacrifice and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ

  • That those whom God has effectually called shall be divinely preserved and ultimately perfected in the image of the Lord
